[Recipe] Very Filling Smoothie for Breakfast

Harus saya akui, kalau pagi2 minum smoothie, sekitar 2 jam kemudian saya biasanya sarapan lagi. Bisa dibilang sarapan “penuh” pula.

Akhirnya nemu resep smoothie yang katanya “filling”, mengenyangkan.

Ini, ya resepnya…

1 cup oat

1 cup raw almond milk

1cup ice water

3 tsp cocoa powder
